BC Appliances offers direct shipping to your door using various carriers depending on your location. As such, a physical street address must be provided for all orders as we cannot delivery to PO Boxes. At BC Appliances, we offer you added peace of mind by having every item insured against loss, damage and theft whilst in transit at no extra charge.
We offer free delivery or at partially subsidized cost which is utilizing a one man delivery service whom are contracted to deliver the goods to the door of your building only. If you have stairs, the driver may help you but is not under contract to do so. If you are unable to move the item up the stairs or your require TWO man delivery service, please contact us before placing your order so that we can get a quote first.
If AVAILABILITY is “In Stock”: We currently have the stock in our local or central warehouse and dispatch is usually between 1-3 business days (95% of orders are shipped same or next day)
If AVAILABILITY is “Available to Order“: We are either out of stock in our warehouse and need to order in or the product is not stocked and ordered from our supplier on demand, dispatch is usually between 4-7 business days but can vary model to model, if you need the product quickly then check with us first for an exact ETA before ordering
Pickup From Our Sydney Warehouse
We utilize several warehouses and therefore stock may need to be transferred to our pickup warehouse and therefore we will advise you when stock is ready for collection.

About our Same Day Sydney Delivery
- Same Day delivery applies to Monday to Friday only (excluding Public Holidays)
- Orders must be placed before 1pm (orders placed after 1pm or during weekend then delivery is next business day)
- The stock needs to be available in Stock at the Sydney Warehouse
- Very soon after your order, we will confirm successful same day delivery booking and also confirm if same day is not possible
About our delivery Services and what to expect
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Weekend delivery and after hours delivery is currently not available.
- For larger items such as Televisions of 49” or above or Large White Goods (Fridges and Washing Machines), the delivery is booked with you prior to delivery, depending on the area and the item being delivered, the driver may be able to give you a window of delivery otherwise it is expected that a delivery can occur on an agreed day from 9-5pm. If you miss a delivery that is booked by agreement, then a re-delivery charge is applicable so if you aren’t able to meet your agreed date then please call and reschedule at least a day before.
- For Medium items Such as Vacuum cleaners, Microwaves, small TVs up to 43” then we will use Couriers Please services (CPS). CPS will attempt delivery at first opportunity, if you aren’t home, a calling card will be left with instructions on how you can pick up your order or call CPS to book in a redelivery. In some instances, you may receive email and text message notification so its best to use your mobile number in your order. (notifications are limited to certain areas at the current time so you may not receive any other than the tracking details from us ahead of delivery)
- For smaller items such as Google Hubs/Home, Microsoft accessories or generally any item that fits in a small/medium satchel will be delivered by Australia Post without a signature and will be left in a safe place or may be carded with instructions to collect from the closest Australia post office.
You may leave a written ‘Authority To Leave’ (ATL) for the driver, granting permission for the goods to be left without a signature if no one is home to receive the delivery. Please bear in mind however, that providing an Authority To Leave will waive any delivery protection and you would need to follow up directly with the courier for assistance if anything were to happen to the unattended package. We strongly discourage you from giving authority to leave unless you are comfortable to repurchase the item if you do not receive it and agree that you may not contact us for a resolution to lost items/undelivered with security camera footage proof or otherwise. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ATL.
Please also note that failure to collect your package from the courier may result in the item being returned to us, incurring re-delivery or re-stocking charges.

All items are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment and we also welcome pay on pick up directly from our Sydney showroom at no extra charge. However prior arrangements must be made if you wish to do so.
Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries (other than those delivered by our own team) are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. Please be aware that items delivered via courier companies is to your door only and the service does not include delivery into the house, unpacking or installation.
Delivery times vary depending on your location however please allow up to 10 Business days to receive your goods although it will generally be sooner.
Please ensure you utilise the tracking information online to ascertain the whereabouts or approximate delivery date of your item. You must contact us only once you have spoken to the respective carrier company to establish an enquiry. The “enquiry number” must be provided in order for us to assist you better.
PLEASE NOTE: Currently, we can only ship Whitegoods (Fridges, Washing Machines, Dishwashers & Dryers) to Sydney Metro only! Please confirm delivery availability to your postcode using our Shipping Calculator on the product page.
FRIDGE DOOR REMOVAL: It is the customers responsibility to ensure dimensions of both the fridge and doorways and any thoroughfares are checked prior to placing an order. If doors require removal a $80 fee will be charged. Please contact us if you require further information.
FRIDGE DELIVERY: The standard delivery charge for fridges to the Sydney Metropolitan area starts from $59.90. If the delivery men are required to go up flights of stairs, there will be an additional charge of $30 per flight of stairs. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that this advice is given prior to delivery as in some cases 3 men may be required. If this information in not provided prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refuse delivery into the home.
Delivery & Installation Limited liability
We cannot deliver to a post office box (PO Box), parcel locker, Locked Bag address or similar service;
Our delivery vehicle must be able to park safely within 20 meters of the access point of the delivery location and the delivery address must at all times be safe, clean and free of risk (eg hazards and pets securely restrained).
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver if this condition is not met;
Delivery times and dates are estimates only and are subject to weather, traffic, postal contingencies, the actions of our agents and other factors, therefore
We cannot guarantee delivery on the date we arrange with you;
We will take reasonable care during delivery, however delivery of appliances inherently carries with it a risk of damage (eg wet or scratched floors, scuffed walls). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage caused to property during delivery, including as a result of our or our driver’s negligence;
All deliveries must be accepted at the delivery address by you or your nominee as advised in advance. You or your nominee must be a person at least 18 years of age, have photographic and/or credit card identification as authorised prior to delivery and be able to sign for receipt of your goods. BC Appliances reserves the right to request the credit card holder to be present at delivery from time to time;
The Customer must notify BC Appliances within 24 hours of delivery of any damage to Goods or if the Goods are inconsistent with the Customer’s order. Failing such notice, and to the extent permitted by law, the Customer will otherwise be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
If you or your nominee authorised in advance with us is not present at the time of delivery, your goods will not be delivered and an additional delivery charge will apply if the goods need to be redelivered;
All notebooks, desktops and televisions with a sale price over $500 will have insurance included in the delivery price; and
Nothing in this document will exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy mandated or otherwise implied by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified. To the extent there is such a term, it is severed but only to the extent necessary to conform with the applicable law.
Standard Delivery & Installation
BC Appliances offer a delivery service for all your whitegoods (dishwashers, fridges, washing machines) and TV purchases.
This is a standard Door to Door delivery and is our standard delivery service. This service provided includes taking your purchased product from our store or our central warehouse to your nominated delivery address. Door to Door delivery is available on all products listed for sale and purchased online on our website.
We do our best to provide you with a delivery at a time and date of your choice (excludes Weekends & Public Holidays)
In some cases removal of packaging may be available.
We currently do not provide a removal of old appliance service
